Sometimes your fares are dearer, why is that. We are as competitive as we can be and, to keep our licences, abide by the rules. Some tour operators have allocations at special fares given to them to sell with hotel accommodation and, although they are not supposed to, they may sell off (dump) their excess capacity on a seat only basis and to encourage sales they undercut the correct tariff. These types of ticket are far more restrictive, totally non-refundable in the event of cancellation, changes are often not permitted and tickets are likely to be dispatched to you at the very latest opportunity.
